Not a case manager
RecordArc does not operate investigations or mutate workflow state.
THE DECISION PROOF CATEGORY
RecordArc is a founder-led venture building vendor-neutral, read-only Decision Proof Infrastructure. It is currently in formation.
Read-only infrastructure preserves context for authorized later review.
WHY RECORDARC EXISTS
Evidence fragments across products, policy, configuration, signals, approvals, and time. RecordArc makes later reconstruction a first-class infrastructure problem.
The public experience is being used to test whether this decision-proof problem is significant, whether existing systems solve it adequately, and whether Decision Proof Infrastructure deserves a dedicated category and product layer.
PRODUCT DOCTRINE
The review obligation shapes the product.
Original records remain authoritative; vendor-neutral structure preserves their meaning.
Proof infrastructure stays outside the decision path while recorded judgment remains explicit.
Missing or unverifiable context remains visible rather than becoming confidence.
Universal category. Focused first implementation wedge.
RecordArc is building Decision Proof Infrastructure for environments where critical decisions must later be reconstructed, reviewed, challenged, and explained. Banking and payment transaction-decision proof is the first implementation wedge. It validates the architecture without defining the product boundary.
CURRENT MATURITY
The public Decision Proof Lab now includes an interactive synthetic banking and payment impact investigation, Decision Proof Twin inspection, a deeper payment reconstruction, and a separate synthetic AML alert-review example. Public demonstration, developing capability, and future applicability remain separate.
Interactive synthetic impact analysis, Decision Proof Twin and capsule inspection, structured previews, and separate payment and AML reconstruction records. No customer data or enterprise deployment is represented.
Banking and Payment Decision Assurance and governed source integration, subject to customer-specific evidence and authority.
Individually governed KYC/KYB, sanctions, and other approved Financial Crime applications.
Ready-made cross-domain modules, universal connectors, SAR/STR filing automation, and autonomous decisions.
WHAT RECORDARC REFUSES TO BECOME
The boundary is structural.
RecordArc does not operate investigations or mutate workflow state.
No source-system record or decision is altered.
People and owning systems retain decision authority.
RecordArc does not draft for submission, file, or transmit SAR/STR reports.
CONTROLLED EXPANSION
The same evidence, version, event, relationship, human-review, and proof-condition patterns may extend without turning conceptual applicability into current product availability.
Intended applicability with separate source, authority, jurisdiction, and maturity requirements.
Review Financial Crime applicabilityNot currently offered. No ready-made module, universal connector, or current deployment is implied.
Review future boundariesACCOUNTABILITY
Synthetic demonstrations remain unmistakably synthetic.
