Overview
RecordArc is a founder-led venture currently in formation. Until an operating entity is incorporated, this website and its public product experiences are operated by Manish Pandey on behalf of RecordArc.
References to 'RecordArc,' 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' in this Privacy Policy refer to the RecordArc venture and the current website operator in that capacity.
RecordArc provides a public website and synthetic Decision Proof Lab for education, evaluation, and private demo coordination.
Public demo materials are synthetic and do not require customer production data.
This policy applies to the public website, public demo request forms, and related public web interactions.
Information we collect
Visitors may choose to submit contact details such as name, work email, company, role or team, primary interest, and an optional message.
Basic technical information may be collected through hosting and security logs, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, timestamps, and referring page.
The demo request endpoint uses a warm-instance, in-memory rate limit keyed from request-network information to reduce abuse. The public application does not persist that rate-limit state in a public website database.
Email metadata related to demo request delivery and follow-up may be processed as part of the demo request workflow.
Visitors should not submit customer production data, confidential case details, regulated personal data, or sensitive customer records through public website forms.
How we use information
RecordArc uses submitted information to respond to demo requests, coordinate private walkthroughs, and understand visitor interest areas.
RecordArc may use public website information to operate, secure, and maintain the website, improve public website content and demo materials, prevent misuse or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations if required.
Current analytics, cookies, and browser storage
The current public website does not implement a visitor analytics service, advertising tracker, non-essential tracking cookie, or localStorage or sessionStorage tracking workflow.
The current public website does not use third-party content embeds or a client-side error-monitoring service. Hosting, network, and security providers may still create operational logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
If the public data flow changes, this policy should be updated before the new collection is treated as covered by the current description.
Demo request information
Demo form submissions may be delivered to a configured RecordArc inbox through an approved email delivery provider.
A submitted visitor email address may be used as the reply-to address for follow-up.
Public demo forms are not intended for customer production data.
The public demo request workflow is for coordination only and does not create a production account, regulated workflow, or customer data processing engagement.
The current public application does not store successful demo request submissions in a public website database.
Synthetic demo boundaries
Decision Proof Lab examples are synthetic and illustrative.
Synthetic examples do not use customer production data.
The public website does not perform production decisioning.
The public website does not mutate cases, auto-dispose cases, or replace source systems.
How we share information
RecordArc does not sell demo request information.
Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, and operational follow-up.
Service providers are used only to operate the website and demo request workflow.
Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights, security, and integrity.
Data retention
Demo request information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, business records, security, and legal purposes.
Technical logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.
Deletion or update requests can be sent to contact@recordarc.com.
Security
RecordArc uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the public website and demo request workflow.
No public website or email workflow can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Visitors should avoid submitting confidential or sensitive production information through public forms.
Your choices
Visitors can choose not to submit demo request information.
Visitors may request update or deletion of submitted contact information.
Visitors may unsubscribe or ask not to be contacted if future mailing workflows are introduced.
International visitors
The website may be accessed internationally.
Information may be processed in countries where RecordArc or its service providers operate.
Visitors are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to submit information.
Children's privacy
The public website is not intended for children.
RecordArc does not knowingly collect information from children through demo request forms.
