Trust Center

Trust and deployment boundaries for a read-only Decision Proof Layer

RecordArc is designed for regulated and high-risk decision environments where retained operational records must become explainable and review-ready without replacing the systems that created them.

Current public demos are synthetic and read-only. RecordArc is not a system of record, case manager, or decision engine. This Trust Center describes product design principles and public-demo boundaries. Formal compliance, security, and deployment terms require customer-specific review and approved agreements.

Public demo boundaries

Trust principles

Synthetic demos only

Public Decision Proof Lab examples use synthetic scenarios, synthetic evidence, and synthetic proof records.

No customer data required

Public demo requests and lab previews do not require customer production data.

Human oversight preserved

The public experience describes proof and governance patterns while keeping human decision authority intact.

No production decisioning on public site

The public website does not execute, approve, deny, clear, escalate, or file regulated decisions.

No case mutation

Public demos do not change customer cases, records, or source-system state.

No auto-disposition

Public demos do not auto-close, auto-clear, or auto-dispose alerts, reviews, cases, or filings.

No source-system replacement

RecordArc is presented as a Decision Proof Layer that complements existing systems rather than replacing them.

Structured review output concept

Synthetic structured proof previews and review-package concepts show how retained records, governing context, approvals, and limitations can be organized for review.

Security and data handling

Public-site data boundaries

Public website data

The public website is designed to minimize data collection and avoid customer production data in public demo paths.

Demo request data

Demo request forms may be sent to a configured RecordArc inbox for follow-up. No customer production data is required for public demo requests.

Public website storage boundary

RecordArc does not store demo request submissions in a public website database unless an approved workflow is later introduced.

Synthetic lab data

Public Decision Proof Lab data is synthetic and demonstrates retained evidence, versions, approved relationships where available, ordered context where typed edges are not approved, rule or model trace where present, and human approvals.

No production data in public demos

Public demos do not require or process production decision data, customer case data, or regulated operational records.

Intended enterprise controls

Enterprise implementations are intended to be reviewed for access control, evidence handling, retention, deployment model, and operational governance.

Deployment model depends on customer agreement

Production deployments require separate security, legal, deployment, and data-processing review.

Governance controls

Design principles for controlled decision proof

RecordArc is designed to support governance patterns for regulated and high-risk teams. Implementation depends on deployment model, operating controls, and customer-specific configuration.

Compliance boundary

Compliance support depends on customer configuration, deployment model, operating controls, and approved contractual terms. This public website does not certify compliance status.
