RecordArc is a founder-led venture currently in formation. These Terms govern the RecordArc website and public product experiences operated by Manish Pandey on behalf of RecordArc pending incorporation.
References to 'RecordArc,' 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' in these Terms refer to the RecordArc venture and the current website operator in that capacity.
By accessing the RecordArc public website, visitors agree to these Terms.
If a visitor does not agree to these Terms, they should not use the website or submit demo request information.
Website and demo use
The public website explains RecordArc positioning, public demo materials, and private walkthrough coordination.
Visitors may use public materials for evaluation and informational purposes only.
No production use is granted through the public website.
Synthetic demo materials
Decision Proof Lab examples are synthetic and illustrative.
They are provided to demonstrate evidence lineage, governing context, recorded model or rule context where present, human authority, reconstruction, and structured synthetic proof previews.
They are not customer data, production outputs, regulatory submissions, or operational instructions.
The current public payment and AML reconstructions offer structured previews only and do not offer local package downloads.
No production decisioning
The public website and demo materials do not perform production decisioning.
They do not execute, approve, deny, clear, escalate, file, or dispose of regulated decisions.
They do not mutate customer cases.
They do not replace source systems, case management tools, compliance workflows, legal review, audit review, or human approval.

No customer production data

Submitting a demo request does not create a customer account, production deployment, service agreement, data processing agreement, or support obligation.
Any production use, pilot, enterprise deployment, data processing, commercial terms, security terms, service levels, or support terms require a separate written agreement approved by the operator of RecordArc.
